11. Fulfillment and Shipping Origin

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on product availability and the delivery destination.

The company registration address is not necessarily the shipping origin or fulfillment warehouse for every order.

We do not represent that every order is dispatched from a local warehouse unless that is accurate for the specific shipment.

12. Tracking and Delivery Issues

Where tracking is available, customers will normally receive shipping information after dispatch.

Carrier tracking may take approximately 1–3 business days to begin showing movement after a shipping label is created.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if a package appears delayed or lost, please contact:

A carrier status alone will not automatically prevent a customer from contacting us about a legitimate delivery issue.

13. Lost, Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

For preference-based returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

For qualifying damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products, an appropriate solution will be provided without additional cost to the customer.

15. Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within:

5–10 business days

The customer's bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.

Do not automatically send returned products to our registered company address.

The registration address listed at the end of these Terms is not necessarily the appropriate return warehouse.
